Ordering & Information


It is easy to order via our website. Simply choose which item you would like to purchase, choose your size, colour specification and edge option then upload your image(s). Please email us any further photos relating to your order. Our email address is order@yourimageon.com. If you would like to speak to us, please call on 01268 923533 Monday to Saturday 9.30am until 5pm or Sunday 10am until 4pm. We are always happy to help with the ordering process, just drop us a line or call us. If you are unsure whether your photograph is suitable for any of our items, you can always email it to us and we will be able to email you a proof of how the finished products would look. We will also advise you of which size canvas suits your photograph best, to ensure you receive a fantastic piece of bespoke artwork which you will treasure.


All orders have FREE DELIVERY.  Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days.  For items which require editing, we will email you a proof of how your item will look and require confirmation prior to printing.  Depending on the level of editing required, your order may take a little longer than 3-5 days in total.  We use Royal Mail for smaller orders and a courier services for all canvas and larger orders.


We use Paypal to process our payments. You are able to use a debit or credit card with or without a Paypal account.


Should your product be defective we will of course refund or replace your product. As each item is bespoke and made to order, we do not offer refund or exchange, except if defective.


YourImageOn will not share your personal information with any third party.  We only use Paypal to accept payments on our website, of which you can pay as a guest and are not required to have a Paypal account.
